International Day of Short Story was celebrated on 14th February 2015 in Asia Culture House’s Hall with participation of young short-story writers, literature critics, young musicians and young male and female audience.
The audience was briefed about history of the day by Ms Alizada. She, however criticized the organizers stating that necessary preparations weren’t taken to celebrate such an important event.
At the event, young short story writers such as Farshad Bonyadih, Hafizullah Dawlatshahi and others read their short-stories. The themes of stories were voluntarily chosen around love and romance, because the event partly celebrated international Valentine’s Day.
Other features of the event were poem reciting by young female participants and live music by Navid Wazhaafarin.
